We are looking for a Head of Strategy & Planning to work to lead our strategy and planning team.


Done’s has built a revolutionary psychiatric care platform through innovative automation and best-in-class clinical processes that help patients and clinicians to achieve better clinical outcomes and automation of clinical processes, responsible data collection and calculation, and follow-ups assist clinicians in driving better clinical outcomes. By combining 150+ in-person offices along with trusted clinical partnerships and ongoing virtual care, Done is able to meet patients whenever and wherever they are to deliver holistic world-class psychiatric care nationwide.


As Head of Strategy & Planning you have a passion for innovation and a keen focus on problem solving with the ability to thrive in ambiguity to deliver the highest quality patient & provider experience. You will be responsible for helping leaders and teams improve overall market performance and growth in a strategic and key role. You will drive analysis and strategic vision while also helping to plan new growth initiatives. We are looking for a leader who is excited to be accountable for the strategy and planning of Done’s future.


In this role, you will not only ensure financial and operational excellence, but will also have your finger on the pulse of your markets, identifying new opportunities using quantitative measures and data for growth while building and maintaining internal and external partnerships as well as working cross functionally to help scale new and innovative ideas and improvements.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and triage multiple priorities, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using your experience leveraging data for business impact
  • Be a culture carrier and promote a fun, inclusive and safe work environment
  • Work with finance and biz ops to develop a rigorous and detailed understanding of the Revenue model by geography, user type, product and retailer to drive growth, retention, product & pricing strategies
  • Collaborates with the clinical leadership to garner support for operational initiatives and obtains feedback on what initiatives will be most successful and works closely to implement and monitor programs
  • Manages direct reports to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations; mentor, coach and counsel as necessary
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between Product, Operations, Growth, and Business Development teams
  • Be accountable for overseeing Done’s strategic planning across all sectors of the business. Lead critical cross-functional initiatives to identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements, design sustainable solutions, and persuade and align varying audiences during change management initiatives of your own, turning your strategic recommendations into reality
  • Strategic planning and project management for new service launches and strategic initiatives Assists the Executive Leaders in the development, coordination and implementation of the business plans, OKRs and operational activities to drive clinical and financial performanceImplements plans to continually enhance services provided by accountable departments and functions
  • Be an owner, build and implement the market growth strategy and execution across multiple departments with the support of the C-Suite.
  • Drive results. Forecast and set quarterly, monthly and weekly goals for your teams and cross-functional teams, while creating an environment of experimentation, analytical thinking and precision to reach these goals.
What we are looking for:


  • You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren’t afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future
  • You have 5:10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience and experience leading a team is a plus
  • You consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Done’s patient-first philosophy, including care and concern with each and every internal and external customer
  • You focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front
  • Ability to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design sustainable improvements and solutions.
  • You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, delivering results, and succeeding in a team environment
  • You are able to synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
  • You thrive working in a cross-functional environment, you can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
  • A history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and elegantly executing projects from proposal to implementation
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve creative compromise
  • Experience building and managing lean teams with outsized company impact
Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college
  • 6-10 years of work experience in a relevant field with a demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Consulting, Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles
  • Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration preferred
  • Proficient in data management and analysis; advanced Excel and SQL skills; Polished communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership
