Job Description

General Description


  • Support process improvement initiatives and optimize team efficiency, quality and performance for hematology
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver on commitments to the organization and to patients
  • Provide project/program management support for key department initiatives for Hematology clinical development and lifecycle management


Essential Functions Of The Job


  • Responsible for implementing hematology training plan and records
  • Act as project leader to plan and execute the assigned projects in alignment with Chief of Staff, Hematology CMO office. Coordinate team meeting schedules, prepare agendas and minutes, track action items and progress reports according to project management best practices
  • Provide internal support to ad-hoc Hematology clinical development project, for example, coordinate and support SOP document update, support the request from medical doctors and clinical science team and provide advice based on the request
  • Provide program management support to support for Hematology clinical development organization:
  • Develop, validate, and maintain hematology department project schedule. Plan, track, and manage project milestones, dependencies, and critical path
  • Facilitate alignment with key stakeholders and ensure communication across project teams in alignment with Chief of Staff, Hematology CMO office
  • Provide support on document management in alignment with clinical science teams and cross functional stakeholders including solid tumor group, safety etc, i.e. IB document update


Required Education


  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Business, healthcare discipline or related field is preferred


Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Expertise is developing processes, SOPs, and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Stakeholder management experience, interactions with senior management
  • Must have experience in Optimizing Customer value by co-creating and developing compelling customer focused solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required
  • Expertise in Smartsheet and proactive thinking ability
  • Leveraging digital technology & big data
  • Influencing without authority, collaborating across boundaries Excellent documentation skills
  • External and off-shore vendor management
  • Experience working in global scale matrix organization, Multi-national global experience
  • BS in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 8 plus years of clinical and drug development in biotech / pharmaceutical industry or an MS in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 6 plus years of clinical and drug development in biotech / pharmaceutical industry.
  • Able to manage relationships within the business framework
  • Relationship Management and escalation resolution
  • Able to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, multi layers, boundaries within the organization
  • Project budget planning and control

Salary Range: $145,900.00 - $195,900.00 annually


BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
