Normally requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Business (or equivalent) and at least 6-10 years of diversified experience.

In lieu of this, 10+ years of experience across the industry.

Experience across the Food & Beverage project sector is preferred.

Manage the design process during the Design Review Meetings (DRM) with the Design/Space Planning team, including active feedback on layouts.

Expert knowledge / research experience in gene therapy; preferable AAV gene therapy

Manage and lead gene therapy programs in all stages of early development (discovery to IND)

The Director of Planning Should Have the Following Qualifications:

Proven leadership abilities and in depth knowledge of supply chain planning from demand planning through order management and inventory deployment.

Build trade-off analyses capabilities to inform leadership of potential options (opportunities) and conduct scenario modelling to achieve most optimal business results

Minimum 15 years supply chain planning experience

String ERP systems knowledge, SAP expertise highly desired

Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Familiarity with laboratory, medical equipment planning, material management, hospital buying, healthcare planning, or biomedical engineering.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Proven experience in managing teams and project work.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong background in business development, with a track record of securing new clients and projects.

Manages cash flow to meet operating needs and maintains reliable cash flow projections to optimize return on investments.

10+ years' experience in multi-site, automated and labor-intensive distribution, logistics and overall supply chain operations.

Keen knowledge of how changes in any specific operation metric impacts overall performance.

Experience performing complex tasks or working on complex projects.

Experience living and working in Asia is a plus.

Develops and evaluates short and long-term strategic financial objectives and monitors key performance indicators in support of company’s strategic direction.
