The position of Director, Organizational Transformation plays a crucial role within the People& team, collaborating closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence to establish and implement people-oriented strategies that ensure the successful execution of pivotal transformational initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the HRBP to conduct assessments and analyses to define people impact of key transformational initiatives, work cross-functionally (within P&) to create an integrated support plan to ensure enterprise outcomes are met. Use data & analytics to validate/quantify meaningful outcomes.
- Conceptualize and operationalize innovative and flexible solutions, that ensure new ways of working are realized as part of the transformation efforts
- Lead dynamically deployed resources across key workstreams based on defined change management, org development, project management requirements
- Create a clear and meaningful enterprise strategy (based on desired business & teammate outcomes) for organizational transformation, including deployment strategy & desired outcomes.
- Own Organizational Change Management plans in partnership with business leaders. Ensure stakeholder alignment, impact analysis, training gaps, communication & sustainable adoption is met in the short & long term.
What we look for:

- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes; demonstrated ability to interact and influence with all levels in the organization
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but, equivalent experience is also considered
- Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify people needs
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative change management techniques
- 10+ years of experience in HR fields, spanning across organizational development, change and capability building
- 2+ years in experience working in Growth functions: Marketing, Sales, R&D, etc is highly preferred
- Ability to drive change and apply good judgement in times of ambiguity
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills and ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to managers and senior leaders.
- Ability to be agile, understands what is necessary to drive meaningful outcomes with speed (values outcomes over process)
- An authentic, inspiring, hands-on leader who can align people, plans and processes to bring a vision to life
- 2+ years in experience in CPG is highly preferred

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $167,500 - $345,100
–Zone B: $153,600 - $316,300
–Zone C: $139,600 - $287,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
