Part of HomeServe North America, you are based within our Innovation and Change teams and surrounded by likeminded people focused on creating and enhancing new, inspiring customer experiences by using various technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Salesforce, AWS). You will closely connect with our colleagues to design and deliver the most effective and efficient customer experiences – helping us to not only scale efficiently as we grow but maximize our cross sales performance.
Your job
As our Senior Director of Transformation, you take a key role in leading transformation and bring the skills to help us meet the challenges of not only omni-channel digitization but also the ability to shepherd a team through a cultural change from traditional waterfall practices to agile methodology. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve our most complex business problems to help us do more. You’re as comfortable leading multiple large scale, complex projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and overall solutions. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
You will
- Create and communicate release notes to stakeholders, end-user training documentation, and user updates on new features and projects.
- Participate in/Lead discovery sessions with Administrators, Developers, and functional team members to identify the right solutions for the business.
- Negotiate resource-based prioritization with senior business leaders.
- Work directly with end-users and management to support reporting and administrative needs.
- Be responsible for creation of project documentation, requirements gathering, scope finalization, and delivery of roadmap projects.
- Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance, and compliance.
- Write and execute test plans.
- Lead teams of people on-shore and off-shore to deliver solutions.
- Follow through all financial planning to ensure that all benefit is realized within stakeholder budgets and financial plans upon delivery.
- Regularly be updating the executive committee on progress, gaining sponsorship and budget for plans as well as securing resources to deliver.
- Act as an ambassador for Agile working and coach and support your team to translate their experience into this new approach.
- Lead large-scale work streams requiring specific knowledge of Salesforce, enterprise system and cloud migrations and specialist system deployments such as Oracle.
- Promote user adoption of new technologies.
- Create, drive, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Program Manager led projects.

Qualifications
Your background
- Experience with core system migration programs, and a knowledge of support systems such as HR and Finance would be advantageous.
- Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 40%.
- Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, RightNow, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of transformation program leadership within agile frameworks – ideally with Salesforce included, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic career path
- Proven ability to manage budgets for projects greater than $5M
- Strong communication, leading and presentation skills (verbal and written) is essential – presenting data driven business cases is how we get things done here – you will need this to be successful.
