Transformation Delivery Director Jobs

Role summary:

You will play a pivotal role in managing business transformative projects on behalf of US-based clients and leading the development and growth of US operations for a Nuclear Engineering consultancy business. This role requires a combination of strong project management and business transformation skills, as well as the ability to drive operational excellence in a cross-border setting.

What you will be doing:

• Provide strategic guidance and consulting to clients, identifying innovative approaches and best practices for driving business growth and efficiency.
• Lead and oversee complex business transformation projects for US-based clients, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the US market to drive business development opportunities.
• Working with existing executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding the company's US operations, aligning with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business transformation initiatives, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop transformative strategies and solutions.

Formal qualifications or training:

• Strong understanding of US market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends in the professional advisory sector.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, business transformation, and operations management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business transformation projects for clients.
