Role Description
The Director of Client Transformation is responsible for leading client engagements that will result in successful program outcomes for our customers.
They will manage the delivery of salesforce implementations and program objectives that will drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on expectations and commitments.
This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in delivering complex programs and managing customer relationships
- As many salesforce certs as possible
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate clients and stakeholders, and to overcome challenges to achieve extraordinary results
- A track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- A deep understanding of Salesforce and/or enterprise software implementation at an executive level
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing large and complex projects with a focus on transformation change management and stakeholder engagement
