The Director of Business Transformation will focus on maximizing the growth of the portfolio companies and expanding wealth creation opportunities for those companies’ employees. Upon closing on a new acquisition, you will be involved in helping to formulate 100-day plans for the new portfolio companies, educating employees on the new employee ownership structure, and supporting the implementation of operational best practices.

Throughout the life cycle of a portfolio company, you will be a trusted partner to its President/CEO, providing scalable tools to support that leader through continual process improvement and execution excellence. You are excited to roll up your sleeves to implement and execute transformation programs, ultimately leading to greater wealth for the portfolio companies’ employee-owners.

In addition to facilitating operational excellence at the portfolio companies, you will develop, document, and continuously improve the holding company's core business processes across finance, legal, and HR functions. You will ensure execution is set up for success and managed rigorously.

How you’ll make an impact

• Develop cross-portfolio company best practices for operational excellence
• Optimize internal operational processes at the holding company level across finance, legal, and HR functions
• Lead special projects associated with long-term planning and strategic initiatives
• Support the development of educational programs for portfolio company senior leaders and for all employee-owners
• Partner with Talent team to build a pipeline of high-quality prospective portfolio company Presidents/CEOs
• Implement data systems to measure the efficacy of training and development programs
• Establish near- and longer-term development strategies for employee-owners at all levels across portfolio companies
• Serve as a partner to portfolio company Presidents/CEOs as they devise and implement transformational operational processes

Beyond the paycheck

$145,000-155,000 base salary + as an early employee, you will be a critical part of the core team and influence the direction of the company.
