Role: Organization Change Management Lead

Location: Remote + 15 % Travel at client site in Chicago,IL

Duration: 6+ Months

Description:

Program Organization Change Management Lead

Supports deliverable and materials creation and execution of OCM activities for Finance Oracle Transformation.

• At least 2 years of change management experience designing and deploying change management programs

• Finance change management experience (e.g., Accounting and Tax) preferably from project work and / or education

• An understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model preferred

• Ability to support deliverable creation, materials creation and execution of OCM activities

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

• Excellent interpersonal skills (a team player) with good communication skills, a good listener and preferably with some subject matter expertise.
