Job Description

About The Company

IDLC Finance Limited is the largest multi-product Non-Banking Financial Institution in Bangladesh with 39 branches and over 1,700 employees. IDLC Finance Limited offers a wide range of loans, deposits and capital market products and services to the Corporate, Consumer and SME client segments. IDLC operates in the Capital Markets through its three wholly owned subsidiaries- IDLC Investments Ltd, IDLC Securities Ltd and IDLC Asset Management Ltd.


We are currently seeking professionals to join our Digital Transformation team as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager of IDLC Securities Ltd.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital transformation projects, monitor the progress and prepare metric based performance reports for the top management.
  • Review the existing operational procedure, identify the scope of improvement, devise project plans to improve the operational efficiency and prepare Business Requirement Documents.
  • Design product offerings based on global brokerage market trends and target client’s needs.
  • Help the management define future business goals and determine a clear path on how to achieve those goals effectively.
  • Ensure that cross-functional project team members receive timely and appropriate feedback, training and development in coordination with staff line managers.
  • Conduct local and global brokerage market trend research to support the deep client understanding required to underpin competitively differentiated strategies.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor Degree in Business /Engineering / IT.
  • Candidate with MBA / pursuing CFA will be given preference.


Experience Requirements:

The applicant should have 2 to 4 years of experience in at least one of the following area(s): Digital/Business transformation, Data Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology.
