JOB SUMMARY:
The B2B Director is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with business partners and government entities in order to secure contracts/agreements for the sales of VinFast US vehicles in Northern California.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Respond to and manage the RFP process to secure contracts with business and government entities
- Establish relationships with state and municipal government entities to secure agreements for government sales of new VinFast US vehicles
- Design commercial and government pricing strategy including volume pricing, business leasing and ongoing service contracts
- Explore opportunities for continuous improvement of the sales and purchase experience for VinFast US consumers
- Developing relationships with businesses that have corporate fleets and secure agreements for commercial sales of new VinFast US vehicles
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners to enable the purchase experience for new and certified pre-owned vehicles
- Achieve targets for KPIs tied to commercial and government sales, as well as overall company performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Creative problem solver; not afraid to think outside the box
- 8+ years of progressive work experience in automotive OEM operations or fleet management companies
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with US executive leadership, internal stakeholders, peers, and external partners
- Experience in a start-up environment or with new product launches a plus
- Automotive electric vehicle (EV) experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High levels of attention to detail and organization
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Proficiency in business productivity tools and software (MS office suite, CRM applications)
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales and operational targets for commercial and government fleet sales
- Ability to work with tight deadlines

Pay Transparency
VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The pay range for this position is $150-200K.
