JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ideal candidate is a passionate and creative individual who is capable of producing high-quality, visually stunning designs that engage and captivate our target audience.
• Produce engaging and visually stunning designs that align with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand and product messaging.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the programs, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual assets that effectively communicate our open-source brand, developer training, and developer tooling product messaging.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Collaborate with the Tech Learning Team to develop learning materials including video assets with Premiere Design and produce a range of marketing materials, such as social media posts, web graphics, email newsletters, infographics, and more.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics, familiarity with UX/UI design and experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing visual design or a related field.
• Experience creating designs for video, social media, email, and web.
