Compensation Range: $24 - 25 per hour

Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their impressive team!

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting captivating visuals and campaigns that will drive user engagement and enhance our client's brand presence. You will collaborate with a team of talented designers, and your creativity will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on best practices and design optimizations throughout projects.
• Utilize various media and graphic design software to achieve outstanding results.
• Create and design a wide range of materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Skillfully select colors, fonts, images, and layouts to convey compelling messages.
• Create visualizations that effectively communicate project messaging.
• Establish and maintain creative direction within brand guidelines.
• Implement feedback and make necessary changes to refine designs.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications and budget constraints.
• Ensure all design projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to eliminate errors.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to explore new approaches and elevate our visual identity.
• Define the voice and messaging for each graphic design piece.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and attend events when required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Valid driver's license.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
