As a Sales Representative at VersaDesk, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by effectively promoting and selling our range of ergonomic office furniture products. Your main responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.


Sales Generation: Make initial contact with new potential clients through self-generated leads. Proactively identify and qualify all leads to develop and maintain a full sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into successful sales contributing to the company's revenue goals.


Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of VersaDesk products and their features. Articulate the value propositions of our products to potential customers and provide accurate information to address inquiries.


Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Follow up on sales inquiries, provide post-sales support, and address any concerns promptly.


Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Provide insights to the team to refine sales strategies and approaches.


Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on promotional activities, campaigns, and strategies that drive sales growth. Provide valuable feedback from customers to enhance product offerings.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for health and wellness and an interest in ergonomic products.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
