Jr. Graphic Designer Jobs

Job Summary:

Coyuchi is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and creative team. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of print and digital mediums. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs that meet Coyuchi's needs. The candidate will also be tasked with developing design concepts and executing them into finished products for various mediums, including print and digital.

Working closely with project managers, the Junior Graphic Designer will ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget while participating in design reviews with other members of the creative team. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

The Junior Graphic Designer role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers to ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other members of the creative team.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates.
• Occasionally assist in the development of print collateral including direct mail pieces, print ads, signage, and packaging.
• Design and develop digital assets including website landing pages, digital ads, email, video and other web assets.
• Create design ideas and transform them into completed projects.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Experience in AfterEffects is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Asana, and Canva.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the salary for this role is $65,000 annually.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
