Legal Intake Specialist (Remote) ($19.00 - $22.00 / Hour)

Key Responsibilities

• Process client intake via text, email, and phone in accordance with protocols
• Ensure all admission forms are properly signed and complete
• Meet expectations and quotas for completing texts, emails, and calls
• Obtain necessary information from clients professionally and courteously
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity

Key Requirements

• Must have a home office or workspace with a high-speed internet connection
• Experience with mass tort claims and class action lawsuits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an intake agent in the legal industry
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency
• Ability to follow instructions and use critical thinking to screen potential claims
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a high-volume practice
• Sales experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Slack is a plus
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
