Job Description

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a national firm searching for a REMOTE Intake Specialist who communicates with clients through text, email, and phone, gathers information about a legal campaign, and closes the intake process. Do you have call center experience and are looking for an immediate contract role? APPLY TODAY!


Candidates may set out of these locations: MD, DC, VA, FL, TX, TN, MA, MO, OH, NC, and OK. Equipment Provided by the Firm


Pay is commensurate with experience between $19-22/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Meet expectations and quotas for completing texts, emails, and calls.
  • Ensures all admission forms are properly signed and completed.
  • Obtain pertinent information from clients courteously and professionally.
  • Report client conflicts or process quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Process client intake per protocols via text, email, and phone.


Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Experience with mass tort claims or sales experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as an intake agent in the legal industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume practice and take initiative Home office or workspace with high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to follow instructions and use critical thinking to screen potential claims with direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
