What we are looking for:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Web and digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing department. This role requires a creative individual with a strong foundation in both web design and digital graphics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually engaging web experiences, designing digital assets for various digital properties, and contributing to the overall enhancement of our brand's digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
• Contribute innovative design ideas to enhance campaign concepts and strategies.
• Collaborate with web developers to bring design concepts to life, ensuring design elements are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Contribute to the refinement and expansion of design components, guidelines, and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement website layouts, navigation, and user flows.
• Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design collateral.
• Support work from early visual design conceptualization to all the way through production with front-end & web-dev teams.
• Design an engaging and responsive website that provides an optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual assets.
• Develop eye-catching digital assets for all web properties, design system, email templates, and more.
• Collaborate with the web team to work within and evolve our existing design system, maintaining consistency and scalability across design projects.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience and knowledge of designing & and optimizing professional SVG assets.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Web & Digital Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of web design and digital graphics work.
• Understanding or eager to learn web design principles, UI/UX concepts, and responsive design techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in web design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with web development teams.

The salary range for this role is $35-$45/HR.
