Job Description

***Remote Direct Buyer Position***


Up to $65,000 Base DOE.


COGS are assisting an industry leading, multi million dollar residential solutions/products manufacturing firm as they seek to bring on a driven and ambitious Metal Buyer to join their expanding purchasing and supply chain function.


Outline of position:


Working alongside managers in order to ensure the a high level of procurement proficiency in the sourcing and negotiation of contracts pertaining to the Steel spend. Alongside negotiation, this role will require operational skills to assist with cost optimisation and modelling, RFQ processing and analyzing market trends.


  • Salary: up to $65,000 base DOE + Bonus
  • Industry leading residential products manufacturing firm providing roofing and building material solution for a range of commercial and residential properties
  • Categories: Steel/Aluminium


Ideal candidate experience:

  • Strong data analysis skills required
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Oracle experience preferred (EBS even better)
  • 1 years+ of experience in Purchasing
  • Bachelor's Degree
