Role: Digital Content Manager
Salary/Pay Rate: 70,000-100,000

Aquent has partnered with an incredible client who is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Content Manager who is an expert in search engine optimization (SEO), to join their team. The Digital Content Manager works with editors for a number of the client's health, finance, and pet publications. Day-to-day tasks include managing and optimizing content for web search.
Digital Content Manager (SEO)
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, and Google Analytics to audit content and track performance
- Analyze search data and present it in an easily digestible manner
- Work with writers, editors, and physicians to review and update web content
- Conduct keyword research to develop an editorial planning strategy
- Develop, optimize, and improve web content for an industry-leading health institution
- Use SEO best practices to manage, edit, and load content in a CMS
Qualifications Include:
- Strong project management skills to achieve program implementation schedule adherence while working with internal groups
- Must have experience with web analytics software (such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, and Google Analytics), WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud applications
- Ability to communicate programs, strategies, and results internally
- Writing and editing skills
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of consumer health-related content a plus
- 4+ years of experience in search engine optimization
- B.S. in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience developing consumer content for websites and emails
