Position: Digital Project Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract - 12 months plus

Rate - 80-100/hr. W2

Requirements:

Must have experience managing technical integration components of projects.

• Must have experience with Content Management Systems (Acquia and/or Drupal preferred), and web development
• Knowledge to help guide data integrations, modular content experiences
• Excellent communicator – will be responsible for communications to key stakeholders about project status and risks/issues within a project
• Several years working in a regulated industry – pharma/life sciences preferred. Open to people without life sciences
• Hands on website project management skills, act as liaison between our creative agency, development partner, and internal stakeholders
• Experience with CRM, data lake, personalization experiences, APIs a plus
• The most important thing they look for is the ability to build interpersonal relationships with both the business and technical side and to have managed MORE than web site projects.

The individual will work with the various marketing functions, IT teams, and external partners to coordinate, execute, and deliver website projects within timeline and budget. This role will be primarily tasked with managing high-impact digital marketing projects from briefing through launch - including new website builds, website redesigns, and label expansion updates. Additionally, this individual will assist in the adoption and adherence of an agile development process, standardization of our project management tools, and implementation of new website capabilities on our Acquia platform that support the organization's overall business objectives.
