Role Description

As a member of the research operations team, you'll report to our Research Operations lead to assist researchers throughout all stages of research, and continue to build on our center of operational excellence, which empowers researchers to deliver consistently high quality, impactful insights at scale.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-of logistics for research days.
• Understanding recruit needs, and drafting + programming tailored screeners.
• Assist team members in resolving project problems, escalates issues when necessary, and facilitates decision-making.
• Recruit participants from multiple sources, including outreach, screening, scheduling, and incentives management.
• Tracking and managing research operational items (e.g. NDAs, gift cards, facilities requests).
• Managing end to end logistics to keep research projects on track, such as:
• Adhering to data privacy and governance policies.
• Managing research participant schedules and communications with researchers and partner teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience working in research ops or a related role that involves administration and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, english, management, psychology or related business field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Familiarity with survey design and screener development
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and track record of delivering timely results
• Previous experience as a research coordinator, project manager, or a background in operations, supporting teams, and/or developing relationships
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Zoom, Figma, Jira, virtual whiteboard tools
• Survey software, such as Qualtrics, TypeForm, or SurveyMonkey
• Spreadsheet / Database software, such as Excel / Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables), SQL, etc
• Working with B2B audiences or marketplaces

Compensation will be $65 an hour to $80 an hour.
