Junior Content Designer Role
In the role of Junior Content Designer at Relief, you'll be at the heart of shaping our brand's narrative. You'll be accountable for every word our users see, orchestrating an end-to-end content experience that not only resonates but also forms a deep connection with our customers. By working closely with our user research team, you'll gain insights that enable you to continuously refine and elevate our content strategy, making sure it's fully aligned with our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and user research to improve our product content.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content, including UX copy, navigational nomenclature, and other content throughout our products.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all content, demonstrating an eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
- Develop and fine-tune the editorial voice, tone, and style of the Relief platform.
- Conduct user research to understand what resonates with our customers, and use these insights to continuously enhance our content experience.
- Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts.
Qualifications
- A fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX content design process in a product-focused environment.
- Passion for writing and structuring language that speaks to audience needs.
- A minimum of 3 year of relevant experience in content strategy or a related field is preferred.
- Empathy for our customers, with an innate ability to speak to them in their language.
- Ability to create, implement, and uphold content standards at scale.
- A genuine desire to make a significant impact, echoing our commitment to transform people's lives and help them achieve financial wellness.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to explain your design rationale clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment—proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
