About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Demand & Supply Specialist to be part of our US Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a robust Cafe Allocation framework and process, ensuring maximum sales, and optimizing inventory productivity across all our locations.
Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, including omni-channel allocation, inventory management, and high-quality forecasting. Collaborating with various teams such as Cafe Operations, Retail, Online, and Product Management, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious experiences to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize Cafe Allocation Tools to improve inventory levels, reduce costs, and support sales across our US Market (75+ Cafes).
Manage inventory levels by location and tiers, utilizing data analysis to ensure smooth operations and optimal supply and inventory.
Analyze trends and data to determine optimal flow allocation of supplies, minimizing stockouts and ensuring product availability.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to balance inventory across regional warehouse centers and roasteries.
Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork, driving results through effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in order management, replenishment, or allocation (ideally in CPG or Retail companies).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, WMS, and Sales data systems.
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to recognize trends and patterns in complex data sets.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, with a proactive and curious mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
