We are currently seeking to build our team by adding a Demand Analyst. The Demand Analyst supports the Company mission by utilizing sales and marketing data to provide effective demand forecasts aimed at optimizing production plans.


Position Wage Range = $$50,000.00 to $55,000.00 annual salary


This is a full time position, and is expected to work an average of 40 hours per week. Standard office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with some flexibility. This position may be located at our company headquarters in Moab, UT or work from our office in Boulder, CO. Hybrid or remote work may be considered.

The successful candidate will:


  • Utilize current ERP system (Batchmaster) and tuning the inventory rules according to the demand and market trends.
  • Manage Inventory levels at multiple Third-Party Logistics facilities. This includes monthly inventory reconciliations and coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances.
  • Provide insight and direction in the Demand portion of the S&OP meetings.
  • May complete other projects as assigned (data analytics, KPI updating, etc.)
  • Review and analyze demand forecasts from the Sales teams considering multiple factors such as historical data, seasonality, market trends, promotional planning, budgeted demand, and actuals, to provide the S&OP process with relevant data analysis upon which inventory levels and production plans will be set.
  • Providing input to the supply planning organization in developing raw material and finished goods inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
  • Standardize the forecasting metrics and improve forecast accuracy. This will include vetting and choosing new Forecasting software, helping with the implementation, developing SOPs, and training of Synergy staff on functionality of this system.
  • Develop KPI’s for Demand Planning and Forecasting function.
  • Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
  • Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.


Minimum Requirements


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A background check will be required

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, listen, and comprehend English proficiently as to enable the safe and effective performance of the job


A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field is required. No experience is required, but relevant Supply Chain experience is preferred. If this is you, please apply now!
