  • Maintain data relative to demand forecasting including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data and forecast model parameters.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making

  • Post-analysis on monthly, quarterly, YOY, YTD basis, use findings to make forecasting decisions, measure forecast accuracy to initial targets
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Planning team to create a comprehensive supply plan that drives accurate ordering and in-stock position.
  • Develop SKU level forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to align with channel-specific needs on a 12 to 24-month view
  • Continuously review and improve our demand planning processes to ensure that we are utilizing the most accurate and efficient methods
You Will Be Successful If You Have
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product Development, Labs, Sales & Medical)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning within an e-commerce and/or retail environment
  • Advanced proficiency in demand planning software and Excel
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing S&OP processes in previous companies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues.
