REMOTE Workday Supply Chain Analyst

The Workday Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing supply chain operations through the utilization of analytical methods and various tools. This position entails responsibilities such as designing, configuring, testing, validating, training, and providing support for supply chain processes within the Workday system. As a problem solver, the Specialist must possess expertise in data management, performance analysis, problem identification, and recommending solutions to enhance supply chain operations. Collaboration with the Workday functional team, Supply Chain department, and IS organization is vital to ensure seamless integration and technical support.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, configure, test, validate, train, and provide support for the Workday application and other assigned applications.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements, collaborating with vendors and project teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Coordinate and execute effective communications and training activities for end users, utilizing appropriate methodologies and content.
  • Conduct independent analysis and judgment to investigate and generate solution options for complex system-related matters.
  • Evaluate feasibility of modifications and enhancements and implement necessary system configurations to support process workflows.
  • Provide after-hours and/or weekend coverage and support for health system applications and deadline-driven projects, as needed.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and the application's versatility to effectively support them.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance policy and process acumen.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring adherence to functional requirements.
  • Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Health System and uphold a high level of customer service in all job duties.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and workgroups to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Assist in the development of educational tools relating to new applications, system updates, and organizational goals.


Qualifications:


  • Completion of required application training and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data visualization tools and reporting platforms to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
  • 1-4 years of Supply Chain experience within Workday
  • 3-7 years of Workday experience with, particularly in the context of supply chain management. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement is advantageous.


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.



Nice to have:


  • Workday Certifications – Supply Chain or other certs
  • 1+ years of Workday Supply Chain Healthcare experience
  • 4+ years of Supply Chain experience within Workday
