We are searching for a leader who will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring and improving the overall supply chain process for an organization. The role will involve working closely with various departments such as procurement, logistics, production, and sales to optimize the supply chain operations.This individual contributor must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders. The operations analyst will work within the Planning, Analysis & Change Readiness leader and support the entire supply chain organization with Invitae
What you’ll do:
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, lead times, and delivery performance to ensure optimal inventory management and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and software to analyze and report on key performance metrics, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that drive operational improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in supply chain management, including new technologies and best practices, and make recommendations to improve operations.
  • Lead and participate in supply chain optimization projects, including process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of supply chain processes to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring that all aspects of the supplier relationship are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.
What you bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and software, such as Tableau,Looker, Power BI, or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Differentiating Qualifications
  • Preferred working experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Preferred working experience in regulated manufacturing or supply chain operations
  • LEAN 6-Sigma TQM certifications and projects from an well-respected training agency
  • Proficient in using various software and tools, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, forecasting software,
  • Experience in an operational lead role
This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. USA National Pay Range
$76,500—$95,600 USD
