Project/Program Management (IT) understanding and experience

Assist with the creation of demand management performance reports / Metrics to ESPM leadership and identify improvements

Manage enhancement requests and backlog for the ET Demand Management dashboards

Maintain data sets that feed into dashboards for various Demand management KPIs and other Enablement dashboards

Manage of demand requests submitted by ESPM stakeholders

Draft high-level requirements to carry out Demand Assessment against demand requests

7+ Years of PMO Experience - Ideally Coming from Law

Experience Leading PMO Solutions End-to-End

Experience with Key Tools such as Smartsheet & JIRA

Owning and Leading Global Project Portfolio

Establishing Policies, Standards, and Solution Delivery

Advanced College Degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, or Business Administration

Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the internet and using PC and Windows-based software (Microsoft Office)

Bachelors degree, preferably in communications or marketing or an additional 2 years of equivalent industry-related business experience in lieu of degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to read, speak, type and understand English

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and/or in a diverse team environment

Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.

Utilize current ERP system (Batchmaster) and tuning the inventory rules according to the demand and market trends.

Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.

Develop KPI’s for Demand Planning and Forecasting function.

Provide insight and direction in the Demand portion of the S&OP meetings.
