Lead Analyst - Excelerate Supply Chain

Excelerate is a joint venture GPO between Vizient and the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Excelerate delivers significant and sustainable savings to its providers through its physician led, evidence based, and clinically integrated sourcing approach.
Summary
In this role, you will provide support to the Excelerate Supply Chain members and deliver analytics that articulate the value of the Excelerate GPO portfolio for new, current, and prospective members. You will collaborate with the Excelerate Member Delivery and Sourcing teams to understand contract terms, scope, and offerings to provide top-notch detailed analytics to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities

• Manipulate large sets of data but also gets hands dirty with line-item detail.
• Deliver customized analyses, leveraging internal and external as well as structured and unstructured datasets.
• Present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting cost savings and efficiency alternatives.
• Influence decisions through advice and counsel to management and others.
• Coach and provide mentoring on data sources, analysis techniques, and interpretation.
• Become a knowledge resource in understanding the contract portfolio, terms and conditions.
• Participate in the analysis and interpretation of the spend and clinical data including but not limited to, identifying cost and clinical opportunities, preparing statistical and other reports, building dashboards, and drafting presentations.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze demographic, clinical and supply data from hospital providers against the Excelerate contract portfolio.
• Manage and own projects and processes, as well as develop new business operations, analysis, and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as SQL and Excel preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills a plus.
• Clinical product knowledge and expertise strongly desired.
• Oral and written communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences desired.

Estimated Hiring Range
$77,400.00 - $115,050.00
