Services Description.

• Vizient will provide an interim system analyst (the "System Analyst”) to support Member's supply chain's operational needs (the "Services”). The System Analyst will work remotely Monday–Friday. Specifically, the System Analyst will:

Item master review.

• Conversion opportunities, and cost saving initiatives;
• Determine gaps in Bellin Health ("Bellin”) and Gundersen Health System ("Gundersen”) item masters; gather and compare Gundersen's current contract categories against Bellin's INFOR formulary identifying unique items and matches,

Matched items.

• Provide INFOR item record crosswalks for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, UOM, and required attributes;
• Unique items. Review product categories/products and related attributes for conversion and separate into three categories:

Items that can be easily converted without clinical input;

• Product is unique and needs to be built in INFOR.
• Items to be converted but need clinical/value analysis approval; and
• Items that can be easily converted without clinical input. Provide INFOR item record crosswalk for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, unit of measure, and required attributes.

Items that can be converted and need clinical review.

• Provide a crosswalk of clinical attributes;
• Provide INFOR item record crosswalk for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, unit of measure, and required attributes;
• Demonstrate/document instances where no crosswalk is available (e.g., unique equipment, services);
• Identify unique items to be built;
• Facilitate product review with Member's value analysis and operational subject matter experts;
• Facilitate Bellin and Gundersen clinical product review; and
• Confirm contract requirements (e.g., extend fee schedule to product, establish new contract or vendor).
