Develop a FY23 business support for marketing programs - assist with weekly meetings (notes, actions, follow ups) and weekly LT communications, analyze data to address key business questions, and consult using data to aid with business management and strategic planning.

• Identified Owner, Audience, Topic Lead, Frequency, Recommended Agenda Topics
• Maintain program overview and reporting slides
• Assist with executive slideware and polish walking deck
• Review, assess, and recommend a list of standardized reports based on desired outcomes and priorities
• May Deliverables
• Develop reporting ROB aligned to the FY23 H2 executive meeting ROB
• Support development of weekly and monthly executive presentation and analysis
• Conduct occasional ad-hoc reporting analyses (~2 a month)
• Establish standardized reports to be used in LT and executive meetings
• Support codification of opportunities to optimize Self- & Sales-Serve programs

• Assist with executive slideware and polish walking decks
• Recommendations and analysis presented in exec ready format
• June Deliverables
• Develop a preliminary FY24 planning artifacts aligned to cross-team priorities and broader strategy for MSFT and GitHub
• ROB structure for Self-Serve analysis funnel review activated
• Analysis and funnel metrics for self-serve re-run based on learnings from January and February
• Recommendation on Q4 sales-serve campaign strategy complete
• New ROB structure for Sales-Serve campaign to analyze launch and in market data
• Support development of monthly executive presentation and analysis
• Strategy will likely include growth goals, KPIs, across applicable
• ROB structure for self-serve analysis funnel in place with executive report out

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $74.29 to $82.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
