Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout their journey with us. Your focus will be on understanding their needs, advocating for their growth, and fostering meaningful partnerships that extend beyond mere transactions. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with school districts in your assigned Southeast/Midwest territory (<200>
Value Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling, licensing expansion, and enhancing customer lifetime value.
Relationship Building: Cultivate productive relationships across various levels within districts, acting as a reliable liaison between Securly and the customer.
Solution Consultation: Understand district goals and technical needs, facilitating strategic conversations around both IT and student well-being solutions.
Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback, champion customer input, and collaborate with product teams to drive product development aligned with customer needs.
Risk Management: Monitor and address customer concerns promptly, ensuring timely interventions and fostering a reference-able customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years as a customer success manager in the EdTech sector, with a strong understanding of SaaS and technical products.
Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
Skills: Proficient in relationship-building, consultative selling, and strategic communication.
Travel: Occasional travel to key accounts, trade shows, and strategic events.
