Role Highlights
As a Remote HEDIS Nurse, you will be a key player in our HEDIS team, ensuring the accurate retrieval and collection of member medical records. You'll handle a variety of tasks, from contacting providers and organizing records to maintaining excellent documentation throughout the process. Your efforts will directly impact the healthcare experiences of our valued members.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HEDIS team to retrieve medical records, employing your excellent communication skills to contact providers.
• Demonstrate your organizational prowess by meticulously labeling and loading records into our database.
• Showcase your knowledge of medical terminology and nursing expertise throughout the process.
• Continuously follow up on medical record requests until successfully obtained.
• Perform a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with provider offices, ensuring a seamless process.

Requirements

• Effective Communication: Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally is vital to the success of this role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Excel and medical record software will be advantageous.
• Nursing Qualifications: Hold an ADN (Associated Degree in Nursing) and be a registered nurse (RN).
• Organizational Skills: Your strong organizational skills will help you manage tasks efficiently and deliver results.
• HEDIS Experience: Prior experience in HEDIS Medical Record Review is highly preferred.
