Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate software solutions that bridge order entry to customer payment, enhancing our service quality.
Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain capabilities, both in terms of cost efficiency and performance excellence.
Shape warehouse strategies that maximize space utilization, streamline material handling, and ensure predictive capacity requirements.
Be a catalyst for operational improvements through the strategic implementation of supply chain technologies.
Foster a culture of collaboration with manufacturing teams to collectively advance our Cornerstone Production System.
Guide and inspire your team, ensuring their growth, motivation, and direction align with our shared goals.
Qualifications You'll Bring
A deep understanding of distribution and warehouse functions, coupled with a passion for continuous process improvements.
Extensive experience in utilizing ERP/DRP/TMS/WMS systems to their fullest potential.
Exceptional people management skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and nurturing teamwork.
A track record of successfully leading diverse teams, comprised of employees, contractors, and vendor resources.
Proficiency in WMS/Pick and Put way systems, as well as practical experience in TMS implementation.
A knack for linking business objectives with practical activities and decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a sense of urgency in everything you do.
Hands-on involvement in developing and optimizing distribution center operations.
Proven project integration, planning, and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
Analytical mindset, effective organizational skills, and the ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
A talent for building strong connections within a team environment and leading by example.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Confidence in presenting to senior management with clarity and conviction.
An educational background in areas like Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
Ideal candidates might possess a Master's degree and ASCM certifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Over 7 years of experience in logistics and distribution leadership.
Flexibility for travel, up to 75% during implementation & training periods, and 25% otherwise.
