Your Role
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory control and third-party logistics for raw materials and finished goods. Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics for finished goods, ensuring they meet service level agreements
Identify cost-effective shipping modes and schedules to optimize supply chain operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new systems or upgrades
Support change control and supply chain projects to support commercial manufacturing
Provide analytical and system support for standard operating procedures and policies
Present solutions to supply chain challenges and contribute to continuous improvement
Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Supply Chain leaders
Foster a positive, cooperative team environment with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
2-5 years of supply chain and transportation experience
Expert Knowledge Of GMP Requirements (preferred)
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including Order & Inventory, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Transportation, and Warehousing
Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, WMS, and ERP systems
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel-based modeling
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders
Optimistic outlook, adaptable, and committed to teamwork
