Your Day-to-Day Adventure At American Landmark
🏠 Conduct engaging apartment tours for prospective residents, showcasing the best of our communities.
📝 Complete leasing documents with efficiency and professionalism, while also collecting rental deposits.
🏢 Ensure that our "model" apartments are always ready to impress and inspire visitors.
📚 Understand lease terms, specifications, and all community policies to provide top-notch service to our residents.
💼 Utilize your sales prowess and closing techniques to help potential residents find their perfect home.
🌆 Stay up-to-date with the current market trends and have a solid grasp on pricing and amenities offered by your community.
🤝 Cultivate relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses, keeping our community vibrant and competitive.
🕵️♀️ Continuously research local competitor communities, helping us stay ahead in the market.
📝 Master the ins and outs of the application process, screening procedures, and rental policies.
📢 Take the lead on conducting outreach marketing at least once per week, spreading the word about our exceptional communities.
🏠 Develop and maintain an innovative resident retention program, ensuring our current residents feel valued and want to renew their lease.
🗂️ Stay organized and maintain all resident and property files efficiently.
🙋♂️ Handle resident requests and complaints with empathy and efficiency, providing top-notch customer service.
💵 Contribute to the success of the team by assisting with the collection of delinquent rents.
Qualifying Accomplishments
🎓 While a college degree is helpful, it's not a strict requirement – we value your skills and passion most!
🏢 Leasing experience is a plus, but if you're enthusiastic and dedicated, we'd love to hear from you.
📊 Familiarity with RealPage/LRO and One-Site is preferred, showcasing your tech-savvy side.
