How You'll Help
As the Senior Associate, Events Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our pipeline and revenue goals. Your primary focus will be to manage and execute our in-person events and tradeshows. This includes optimizing our presence throughout pre-, during, and post-event stages, engaging prospects, facilitating meetings for revenue teams, and ultimately, generating valuable pipeline opportunities. Your efforts will ensure that our booth and sponsorship activations stand out, while you collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure speaking engagements that elevate the HelioCampus brand.
What You'll Do
Craft and maintain our annual tradeshow calendar, suggesting staffing strategies, sessions, and booth properties.
Organize and execute exciting onsite event activities, such as happy hours, receptions, booth activations, and sessions.
Assist with pre- and post-event activation strategies, creating engaging marketing communications and sales outreach templates to boost attendee participation.
Manage booth collateral and swag inventory to create an enticing experience for event attendees.
Collaborate with digital marketing and BDRs to extend event impact through multi-channel campaigns, driving MQLs, meetings, and pipeline growth.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts to showcase the HelioCampus brand in the best possible light during events.
You'll Be a Good Fit For This Role If You Have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, project management, or event planning.
1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for event planning expertise.
Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
Prior experience supporting multiple B2B events and tradeshows, including budget recommendations, booth strategies, and vendor negotiations.
A strong desire to collaborate, backed by exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation software; familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Experience in a SaaS organization.
Proven track record of successful collaboration with Sales teams to drive desired outcomes and behaviors at events.
Location:
HelioCampus boasts three vibrant locations: Bethesda, MD, Chapel Hill, NC, and Philadelphia, PA. This role is remote, with occasional requirements to visit one of our three offices.
