Project Manager- Junior (Ehr Pmo) - Remote | Wfh

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team as Junior Project Managers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Electronic Health Record Program Management Office and lead exciting projects.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of end-to-end project work, ensuring successful completion of all deliverables according to industry best practices and our organization's project methodologies.
Oversee projects that consist of multiple tasks and deliverables, effectively delegating and coordinating responsibilities among team members.
Develop and manage comprehensive program-level and project-specific plans, execute project activities, facilitate status meetings, manage scope changes, and track and resolve risks and issues across project teams.
Skillfully negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Manage project scope, resources, timelines, costs, quality, communication, and procurements to ensure successful outcomes aligned with the State's goals.
Design and deliver training programs on project management requirements, facilitate project governance and reporting, and develop analytical models to drive informed business decisions.
Generate program-level status reports, briefings, policies, and procedures to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Required Skills
Experience with Electronic Health Record system implementation.
Strong background in health information technology.
Proven project management experience, preferably involving automation implementation and vendor management.
Track record of successfully deploying new application/information systems.
Ability to make objective decisions based on strategic priorities, business performance analysis, and resource availability.
Hands-on experience in managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.
Proficiency in business analysis and the ability to gather and interpret requirements.
Exceptional supervision, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Effective presentation, training, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Prior experience working in State Government settings.
PMI certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
Experience managing or supervising legacy Healthcare-related system replacement projects would be advantageous.
