Healthcare/Clinical Recruiter - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You'll be responsible for a wide range of recruitment activities, from posting job descriptions to nurturing candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Job Posting and Promotion:
Craft engaging job descriptions and distribute them on both internal and external job boards.
Maintain our internal job postings, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of our evolving needs.
Candidate Sourcing And Evaluation
Source, review, screen, and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to coordinate new employee training initiatives.
Talent Attraction Strategies
Develop innovative candidate attraction and sourcing strategies.
Build valuable relationships within the industry to identify and attract top talent.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet urgent staffing needs.
Sourcing For Passive And Active Candidates
Create and execute effective sourcing strategies for both passive and active candidates.
Business Development
Identify and qualify new business leads to expand our network.
Communication And Correspondence
Handle a high volume of correspondence, including emails, texts, and phone calls, in a professional and responsive manner.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Judgment and Decision-Making: Ability to exercise sound judgment consistent with job responsibilities.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare/Clinical Recruiting (Sales experience is a plus).
Proven track record of success, including the ability to manage a full desk.
