As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in providing HR services and support to our operations and client-serving teams.

Responsibilities
As the HR Director, you will lead the way in enhancing work relationships, fostering a positive culture, and driving engagement among our service delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with management and employees to strengthen work relationships and boost morale
Developing and promoting a healthy and positive organizational culture
Providing performance management guidance, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions
Handling complex employee relations matters and conducting thorough investigations
Conducting exit, stay, and new hire interviews
Assisting with unemployment claims and HR-related training
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Offering HR policy guidance and interpretation
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Director, preferably in healthcare, non-profit, or medium-sized organizations
Proficiency in various HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and performance management
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
SHRM certification (PHR or equivalent)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
