Job Description

Job Highlights

Location: Remote (Local to Durham, NC preferred)
Schedule: Flexible within regular hours (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate ($22.00 - $27.00 per hour)

Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll interact with project team members and customers to ensure all operations align with SOPs, policies, and quality metrics. You'll handle various tasks, including:
Processing enrollment requests in our CRM system and ensuring accuracy
Offering phone support to address enrollment inquiries and concerns
Collaborating to resolve duplicate records and discrepancies
Monitoring the enrollment process and addressing any issues promptly
Maintaining meticulous project documentation, records, and reports
Updating internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans
Providing operational assistance as directed by stakeholders
Requirements
At least 1 year of clinical data experience (Preferred)
1+ years of customer service and data entry experience (Required)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); electronic health record experience a plus
Proactive problem-solving skills within a contact center environment
Exceptional virtual communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and sensitivity
Detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures
Collaborative team player with the ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications

College degree (preferred)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
