Job Description
Join a high-performing team dedicated to ESPN+ Streaming Services, where curiosity, innovation, and sports knowledge are highly valued. We are searching for dynamic individuals to join us as Sports Specialists.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Sports Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and representing the ESPN+ brand. Our mission is to connect sports fans anytime, anywhere and provide them with unforgettable experiences. You will engage with fans through various digital platforms, including chat, SMS, email/web-form, social media, voice, and self-service, ensuring that every interaction exceeds their expectations.
Creating outstanding experiences for fans by showing patience, understanding their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have.
Guiding fans and helping them achieve their goals, whether it's streaming a game or setting up a fantasy account, all while discussing their favorite sports.
Utilizing advanced technology tools and resources effectively to address fan inquiries.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of ESPN+ products and services.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Customer Service Experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in website/digital navigation and interaction.
Deep knowledge of and passion for sports.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Proficient in Microsoft programs.
