Customer Service Rep - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Counselor to join our team and help us extend our reach and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their well-being.
Job Responsibilities
Engage in both one-on-one and group outreach presentations, fostering meaningful connections with recipients and community members.
Communicate program education and enrollment opportunities to recipients, guiding them through the available options.
Present managed care choices to recipients, offering assistance in navigating health care and dental plans effectively.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients.
Accurately record information in internal systems, adhering to project policies and procedures.
Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls, home visits, and community presentations, with a focus on field engagement (approximately 75% of the time).
Develop a strong understanding of the community and actively participate in local events, health fairs, and related activities as required.
Collaborate with fellow Outreach Counselors and team members, providing support in daily tasks and ensuring successful task management.
Requirements
Possess a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Equipped with a Windows 10 Laptop featuring video capability and a USB headset (mandatory for temporary remote/hybrid/remote positions).
Provide two professional references, preferably supervisors or managers, with active contact information.
Willingness and ability to travel within the county.
