Job Description
Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.
About This Role
The HR Operations Coordinator will partner with the HR Ops team and play a crucial role in supporting with payroll, benefits, leaves, offboarding and other HR administrative tasks. This role will specialize in HRIS reporting and will be a key-player with the ongoing management of our HRIS platform. If you are passionate about providing expert services in support of our long-term people strategy, you would be a great addition to our team.
Our dedicated operations teams work behind the scenes to bring our shared mission to life. Each department delivers their own set of strengths which empower our clinicians to focus on their expertise, and ultimately perform the meaningful work that we do.
What You’ll Do
  • Own the technology stipend monthly review process and procedure with IT and Payroll.
  • Accountable for the support and data entry of our HR Information System ADP; including all changes, transfers, terminations, and employee related updates.
  • Own all manager reporting requests and generate monthly reporting as needed.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with the planning and execution of all staff Compass events.
  • Work with the Compensation & HRIS manager on bi-weekly payroll entries and IT tickets.
  • Support our Benefits & Leaves Specialist with all leave of absence paperwork and processes.
  • Assist with Benefits Open Enrollment and the Annual Performance review process as needed.
  • Assist HR Partners with promotion request documentation and the scheduled promotion process.
  • Maintain electronic employee files, documents, and sensitive and confidential data in a professional manner.
  • Work with HR Partners to support with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Be the HR contact for preparation and maintenance with HR Partners and Compass Health Center’s managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, think outside the box, and think creatively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and effectively work across a large HR team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Employee may also be required to travel to multiple worksites to participate in work events
  • Good working knowledge of general HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of navigating HR systems; ADP experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to work with multiple people from various levels of the organization and build rapport and strong working relationships.
