  • 5 years of experience in content creation and or content writing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in industry marketing, solution marketing, product marketing, or in the enterprise software technology industry.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to take complex business tests and/or solutions and structure them in a way that is simple and meaningful for a target audience.
  • Experience driving field sales team content enablement programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment, and in partnership with global cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in cloud technology, cloud messaging, productivity tools, and specifically Google Cloud Solutions.

As a Workspace Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating materials that position our generative AI enhanced Workspace products in the context of the relevant audiences by vertical and persona specific problems to customers and empowering the global salesforce to have business value conversations. You will partner closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Reference, Demand Generation, and Industry teams to understand customer pain points and develop custom content to support adoption of Google Workspace through persona and industry-specific materials for field sellers and market-facing demand generation campaigns and programs.
In this role, you will ensure sellers are equipped to speak the language of their customers, be focused on the business outcomes of the customer base and communicate clearly at executive levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $154,000-$236,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Build content for sales assets, partner assets, demand generation campaigns, sales decks for analyst pitch decks.
  • Develop customer-facing content, positioning the value of Generative AI technology in Google Workspace to solve industry and buyer-specific problems.
  • Tailor product and use case message to more directly focus on the buyer/persona/industry.
  • Manage industry portals to deliver content and industry community engagement for sellers and external partners.
  • Assimilate persona based details from subject matter experts and translate into high-impact field and customer-ready content.
