Job Description

Biscuits & Bath, the leading dog care provider in NYC with 16+ locations is searching for a Marketing Manager that is also a creative storyteller to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will develop and lead our marketing campaigns, and evaluate our marketing performance metrics. You must have a strong marketing background with storytelling experience, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.


This is an in-person position M-F located in Greenwich Village.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Consistency:Maintain brand consistency and voice across all consumer touchpoints. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging standards to strengthen brand recognition and reputation.
  • Channel Management:Optimize and manage digital channels, such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing, to deliver relevant and impactful content. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to leverage emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Content Management:Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including content planning, creation, distribution, and maintenance. Collaborate with company associates to gather requirements, coordinate content calendars, and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
  • Storytelling: Create stories to engage followers with the brand's values, purpose, and services
  • Content Strategy:Develop and execute digital content aligned with our brand's goals and target audience. Identify content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with our audience and support our marketing objectives.
  • Marketing: Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified leads
  • Data Analysis:Track, measure, and analyze performance using web analytics tools and other relevant metrics. Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization and future campaigns.
  • Content Creation:Create compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and other multimedia assets. Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various digital platforms.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud > Journeys), and social media management tools
  • 3+ years' experience in digital content creation and management, preferably in a fast-paced, digital environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Storytelling experience
  • Must LOVE dogs!!
