Senior Marketing Manager Jobs

Are you a Senior Marketing Managing looking to roll up your sleeves and have a huge impact in a fast-moving, start-up type environment? Our client, a global financial tech company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to execute specific marketing initiatives to grow the P&L of their specific product and marketing enablement for the business.
Note: Candidates must have 5-7+ years’ experience in consumer marketing roles (remittances experience a big plus) in order to be considered for this remote role.
You Will:

• Early life customer journey
• Work closely with media agencies to facilitate the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns
• Robust measurement and reporting; delivering well-organized program read-outs, insights, & optimization
• Execution of specific email and push campaigns
• Launch of client's incentive program
• “Productization” of elements to automate marketing for client's program
• Work very closely with Commercial, Product, Legal, Analytics, Ops teams etc. to deliver results
• Have end-to-end responsibility for design, execution and optimization/experimentation of marketing for:

You Have:

• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
• Prior experience with all media channels, in particular digital channels, including their return metrics and optimization strategies
• Scrappiness and thorough/excellent execution
• 5-7+ years’ experience in consumer marketing roles – remittances experience a big plus!
• Prior experience with all media channels, in particular digital channels, including their return metrics and optimization strategies
• Prior experience working with Legal, Product and Analytics to get campaigns prioritized, executed and optimized

Logistics:

• Hours/Week: 40 hours per week
• Background Check needed? Yes
• Salary/Rate: up to $68 per hour PAY
• Projected Start Date: Immediate
• Reporting to: This role will report to the GM, but work very closely with Commercial, Product, Legal, Analytics, Ops teams etc. to deliver results
• Duration: Through end of 2023 with plans to extend beyond EOY (hopeful for a conversion as well)
