About The Position


We are looking for a candidate to join the fast paced and highly effective Twitch Ad Product Marketing team. As part of the Twitch Ads organization, responsible for driving revenue from brands and agencies, this role reports directly to our Head of Ad Product Marketing, who leads a team responsible for the ad product marketing strategy by quantifying customer needs and market opportunities to influence the product roadmap; improve product-market fit; drive adoption of our new ad products; and serve as the interface between product and sales teams. This team is responsible for helping to define the product and create the feature positioning, messaging, go-to-market plan, and success metrics.


The successful candidate is a strong communicator that can not only convey the needs of our clients to product teams but also construct a narrative articulating the value of the product and features to the market. The role supports the full product lifecycle across inbound and outbound phases. Inbound product marketing responsibilities include foundational analysis to identify market needs, opportunity sizing, gathering deep feedback from internal and external stakeholders, being the “voice of the advertiser” and running alpha and beta testing processes. Outbound product marketing responsibilities include leading launch planning including impact analyses, messaging, positioning, packaging, and lastly product adoption.


Key job responsibilities


Drive product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision


Identify opportunities and represent view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis


Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate improvements


Develop go-to-market efforts globally to support quality, delivery and ranking launches


Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy and product documentation


Embed yourself on the product team to develop and influence the product roadmap based on highest customer needs and insights


Collaborate with sales to ensure you deliver them best in class marketing programs and assets across multiple channels

Basic Qualifications


  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
