Job Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Lead


Primary Purpose: The position of Senior Manager, Marketing Lead responsible for managing the development and implementation of business strategies that support the acceleration of business growth online, with a particular focus on digital marketplaces. You will ensure that Coach's touchpoints online through platform and advertising will support growth while providing a seamless customer journey. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, and capable of influencing leadership and key stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives.

  • Leverage customer, product, and site performance data to enhance the customer experience and strategic direction and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Oversee the long-term growth strategy for Coach's Digital marketplace business, ensuring alignment with the overall North America, eCommerce, and Digital Media Strategy
  • Own and maintain strong relationships with external agency and account partners
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams both in-house and with partner agencies to develop content that best represents Coach brand, promotes key initiatives, drives top-line sales, and engages in key beta test opportunities
  • Manage critical aspects of the online platform business including site merchandising, content development, and website performance to ensure clear and consistent brand message as well as a seamless customer journey and user experience
  • Develop and manage the media investment strategy and budget for digital business, ensuring efficient use of resources to drive acquisition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and best practices, and research new technologies to constantly improve site performance
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a Brand Store to site to ensure consistency with overarching brand positioning and messaging


The accomplished individual will possess...


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, and ability to present to and influence leadership across multiple business units
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects with minimal oversight, while managing the priorities of the team
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to drive insights and decision-making
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Poshmark, Ebay, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to recommend innovative approaches to business initiatives and operational challenges
  • 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or multichannel retail management
